315 beautiful apartments in the popular Vallensbæk Strand. The properties range from functionally optimised two-bedroom flats to five-bedroom penthouses.

Modern micro-apartments ranging from 20-25 m2. These flats offer all the features of a “normal” home. The first 119 micro-apartments were rented out within just two months.

Block D consists of 166 functionally optimised apartments and is part of Blomsterhaven near Aarhus. The project was developed in collaboration with Birch Ejendomme and was rented out within four months.

Bennu Development’s experience includes developing a 40,000 m2 area and acting as the developer for 118 homes in Risskov Engpark. The remaining sub-areas were sold as building rights.

In Dalby near Kolding, 60 social housing units ranging from 100-110 m2 have been developed and built. The project consists of two-storey terraced houses with both private and shared green areas.

The Urban Block in Blomsterhaven comprises eight different apartment types. Together, the 98 flats form a green courtyard environment.

Consultancy and development of an older property on the pedestrian street in Aarhus. The project included both renovation and expansion, resulting in a significant increase in value.

The 32 apartments represent a sought-after hybrid between the Micro Living concept and the popular two-bedroom flats. In the same property, a new supermarket was established to benefit the entire local community.

In the heart of Skovlunde (Zealand), we have developed Subarea 6 of Skovlunde Byhave. The area features 168 homes, including both apartments and townhouses with rooftop terraces and balconies. The project is DGNB certified.

Block A is part of Blomsterhaven in Aarhus. The 154 functionally optimised apartments make efficient use of space, and the entire property is certified with DGNB Gold.

Dalby Bakke comprises 69 terraced and courtyard houses ranging from 96-117 m2. The homes are built in a modern style, and the area incorporates natural features such as wildflower beds and green spaces.

Terrace Houses in Aarhus consist of 92 units ranging from study-friendly apartments to townhouse-inspired homes. This property was the first in Blomsterhaven.

Located west of Aarhus in Stenbækhave, 37 modern terraced houses have been constructed. The homes border nature and tennis courts and are within cycling distance of the city centre.

Block C in Blomsterhaven consists of 144 apartments developed in collaboration with Birch Ejendomme. The flats range from one- to three-bedroom units with minimal wasted space.

The 56 social family housing units in Tårup Strandpark offer stunning views of both the sea and nature. The project was developed in agreement with Kerteminde Municipality.

In the attractive Risskov area near Aarhus, 12 modern five-bedroom terraced houses of 125 m2 have been constructed. These desirable family homes are all designed across two well-planned floors with accompanying gardens.

As part of the urban renewal between Ballerup Boulevard and Skovlunde Station, Subarea 1 of Skovlunde Byhave was developed. This area consists of 141 homes, including two- and three-bedroom flats with fantastic views.

On Nordre Strandvej in Risskov, Bennu Development’s modern headquarters has been built. The building also includes two commercial leases, both used for restaurants.
