Ongoing projects

In the southern part of Kolding, we are developing Vonsild Bakke, comprising 150 terraced houses and courtyard homes in varying sizes, ranging from two-bedroom homes for singles and couples to multi-generational houses designed to accommodate several families under one roof.

We are co-developing a residential project in one of Aarhus’ last centrally located development areas. The project is being designed with DGNB certification on an 81,260 m2 site, where the existing natural landscape is integrated into the project.

In Risskov, north of Aarhus, we are developing a residential project comprising 177 apartments of various sizes. The project will focus on enhancing biodiversity and fostering a strong sense of community among residents. The development is targeting DGNB Gold certification.

Bennu Development is developing Troldelunden in Helsinge – a new and distinctive residential neighbourhood in the heart of scenic North Zealand.

Covering a total site area of approximately 260,000 m², the development will comprise around 600 modern homes, including both townhouses and apartments.

With a total residential floor area of 50,000 m², Troldelunden will offer attractive homes in green surroundings, bringing together architecture, landscape and quality of life from the very outset.

The development will be organised into six residential clusters and delivered in several phases. Construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2026, with the first phases expected to be completed in 2027.
